TimeLine Therapy® techniques
Time Line Therapy® incorporates a sampling of various techniques that empower a person to take the emotional reigns of their life back. People often suffer from emotional outbursts of unfamiliar reactions and they do not know why. Emotions such as depression, anxiety, fear, apathy or sadness are all symptoms of negative feelings that prevent someone from reaching their full potential. Often, limiting beliefs are manifested in our verbal expressions. These beliefs are born out of past experiences and we have integrated them into our internal structure.
TimeLine Therapy® is an especially fast and effective means for producing changes that relate to memories, including changing an individual's personal history, and is especially fast and effective in changing the chain events (called gestalts) that creates a certain set of unwanted behaviours or internal states.

This can completely change the effect of a person's past within minutes. Unpleasant emotions such as sadness, guilt, fear, anger and anxiety are often neutralised quickly and easily.
Our personal history is often reframed at the same time and this can comprehensively change the effect of a person's past. Time Line techniques deal with the past, the present and the future. This is the most comprehensive paradigm to date because it accounts for change in all three areas. Additionally, Time Line Therapy® techniques' orientation is on th highest quality transformation rather than simply remedial change.
An individual can work with their unconscious mind in numerous ways to create change in their own internal "Time Line". This means that a person can, heal emotional disharmony, resolve significant events and eliminate unwanted thoughts, emotions and behaviours. All of these changes can occur within minutes rather than days, months or years. This means that you can be free from your past, free from the constraints and limitations that negative emotions and limiting decisions create, so that you can have a positive future by design. Our memories, our decisions, our experiences, good or bad, make up our personalities and over time they are stored. How we store them, impacts on how we experience life and manage time.
By understanding a person's representation of time, as a therapist, we can help delete negative emotions and by using visualisations we can create positive futures and goals. It can also be used successfully to overcome fears and phobias. Unlike, Hypnotherapy, TimeLine Therapy® requires no trance induction. The technique involved is to imagine that you are floating above your Time Line, where you easily move into the past, present and future and make adjustments and overcome and understand where limiting beliefs have come from. Minor anxiety issues can be resolved within 10 minutes! Time Line Therapy® is combined with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) which forms a powerful technique to resolve limiting beliefs and value conflicts.
The Time Line Therapy® technique allows you to move past these limiting beliefs and the personal constraints in your life. Through practical application, a person can be guided to access specific memories and learn how to disconnect from the negative feelings associated with those memories. This allows a person to liberate themselves from their prior belief system and instead create new, more positive affirmations and beliefs with which they can use to propel them to a fuller and more enriching life.
Methods of Time Line Therapy®
Time Line Therapy® involves treatment at an unconscious level and allows a client to surrender negative emotions linked to their past experiences and transform their internal programming. A person's Time Line represents their mental photo album and their own ability to distinguish betwen images of the past and perceptions of the future. The internal programming is often the mechanism that is responsible for our outward expressions of emotions.
The goal of Time Line Therapy® is to subtly and unconsciously change the client's behaviour patterns so that they can react to present experiences based on present conditions and not react to situations that present themselves based on present emotions linked to previous life events. The technique rules on programming a person's response and behaviour mechanism in such a way to bring about a healthier sense of well-being. The Time Line Therapy® method provides lasting results that can be achieved in weeks.
Outcome of Time Line Therapy®
TimeLine Therapy® facilitates a process that provides opportunities for clients to be able to release negative emotions of past events, thoughts and memories easily, quickly and effectively in a content free way. This has a massive, positive impact on how a person will respond and behave in the future. By releasing these old, negative emotions or traumatic events from the past can be a liberating experience.
To a large extent our behaviour and how we now act can be guided, mostly unconsciously, by the decisions that have been made in the past. The fact is, it does not matter whether these decisions were made consciously or unconsciously, they influence how you act and respond in the present. Like your emotions, your decisions are stored on your time line, and through journeying along your historical time line of events you can gain access to them.
